Swadley's Emergency Relief Team offers planned solutions to the challenges of logistics presented during emergency restoration operations. Our experienced team customizes a thorough strategic plan to complement every client's operational strategies.
We provide our Catering Services with mobile semi-trailers. These mobile kitchens are able to service thousands of people, on-site, three meals a day. We are also prepared to assist anywhere in the Continental United States.
Swadley's provides an O.S.C. (On-Site Coordinator) to ensure all logistical needs are taken care of. Our O.S.C. will communicate with the utility coordinator regarding the meal quantities. A guaranteed number, at least 24 hours in advance, is greatly appreciated. The remainder (if any) will be distributed to local shelters. Swadley's suggests planning for 5-10% more than anticipated to ensure a complete service.
